doesn't it piss you off when..?
I’m getting really angry at my self because I can’t commit to a diet properly.
Because I am only 17, I still live with my parents and every day I have to help prepare the food and therefore I eat what I make but only while making it, for example: while making the cake, I enjoy licking the spoon when I’m done. Sound’s weird, but it taste nice to me. I don’t eat any cake though.
I feel bad after I eat something sugary because then I feel as though I have wrecked my diet.

What do i do to stop myself?

I’ve tried every diet in the book but nothing worked as effectively as acai berry. I know they say that pills won’t work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. There’s a free trial on right now at http://pitars.easyweightloss2u.info , try it, why not?

Plan out your meals for the day. Write it down and follow it!! Don’t let yourself go off track. If you limit yourself to ONE serving of junk food/snack food (whatever you want to call it), it should be fine.

the processed sugar in foods such as you mention is highly addictive thus you have little to no chance at all of restraining yourself from eating the cake mix if it is right in front of your nose and you are accustomed to eating processed and sugary foods …….. be kind to yourself while you are trying to eliminate such foods from your daily eating plan and avoid being exposed to them …… still hellp to prepare the food but ensure that the food you prepare is wholesome vital food that you will not torture yourself about eating afterwards ……things like fresh green salads and fresh fruit salads or salad sandwiches on whole wheat bread …… self preservation you see …… it’s not about being on a "diet" per se ……. but more about eating foods in as close to their natural fresh vital state as possible …….;0)

the single most important piece of information you could ever know about being vital and healthy is that you should avoid processed sugar (like that found in cakes and biscuits, candy, icecream, chocolate etc.etc.) like the plague … nutritionally void, immunity depressing, age you before your time, wallet emptying, useless, chemically processed, highly refined man made sludge processed sugar.

foods rich in protein will help alleviate the symptoms of detoxing off things like processed sugar…. ie ~ fresh fishes like salmon and tuna or organic nuts and seeds like almonds, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds.

peace baby
